Where It Began

Chris and Alicia Davison founded Inclusive Compliance Consultants, driven by their passion for genuinely helping others. After 18 years in regulatory roles and over 25 years serving the IDD community, Chris understands the obstacles group home agencies face. He is committed to identifying compliance issues while providing clear, actionable guidance. Chris is known by clients as the go-to compliance expert, and he takes pride in delivering personalized, reliable support. Alicia has spent 23 years serving the IDD community beginning in 24 hour residential and then 16 years at Linn County Developmental Disabilities program.
